Rental Agreement Terms | Last Updated: January 2026
Company Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of vehicles from Cars-Rent.ge (LTD "BIZNES 2017"). By renting a vehicle from us, you ("Lessee") agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement.
Standard Inclusions (No Extra Charge)
- Full Insurance Coverage: 100% insurance included in rental price
- Unlimited Kilometers: Drive as much as you need, no mileage limits
- No Deposit Required: We don't hold any security deposit
- Free Delivery: We deliver the car to you within service areas
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Support available anytime during your rental
- GPS Navigation: Available upon request at no charge
To rent a vehicle, the driver must meet minimum age and license requirements. (Add your full policy text here.)
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a current, valid driver's license
- Driving Experience: Minimum of 12 months of driving experience required
- Legal Capacity: Driver must be legally capacitated to enter into a rental agreement
Note: While we do not have strict age requirements, drivers must meet the experience criteria above. Additional drivers must be declared at the time of rental and meet the same requirements.
Territory & Usage
Vehicles may only be driven within the territory of Georgia. Crossing international borders is not permitted under this rental agreement. Violation of this restriction may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of insurance coverage.
Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement and receiving the vehicle
- No Prepayment: We do not require advance payment when booking
- Accepted Payment: Cash, credit/debit cards accepted
- Pricing: Daily rates vary based on rental duration (longer rentals = lower daily rates)
Rental Period
- Rental period begins when you receive the vehicle and sign the agreement
- Return time must be agreed upon at the start of rental
- Extensions possible if arranged in advance and vehicle is available
Late Return Policy
If the vehicle is returned late (beyond agreed return time), a penalty fee will be charged:
- Late Fee: 5% of the total rental amount per day overdue
- Fee applies for each full or partial day the vehicle is overdue
- Please contact us immediately if you need to extend your rental period
Example: If your rental cost €200 total and you return the car 2 days late, the late fee would be €20 (€200 × 5% × 2 days).
Pick-Up Inspection
When you receive the vehicle:
Payment Terms
- Inspect the vehicle carefully for any existing damage
- All pre-existing damage will be documented in the rental agreement
- Take photos/videos if you wish for your records
- Report any concerns immediately before leaving
Return Inspection
When you return the vehicle:
- Vehicle will be inspected for new damage
- Lessee is responsible for any new damage found at return
- Costs for repairs/compensation will be assessed based on actual damage
Important: Damage Liability
While full insurance is included, the lessee remains responsible for compensating all costs if damage is found at the time of return. This includes:
- Collision damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Interior damage or excessive cleaning required
- Missing equipment or accessories
- Damage resulting from violation of rental terms
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of the rental vehicle are strictly prohibited:
- Racing, rallying, or any competitive driving
- Off-road driving on unpaved roads not designed for regular vehicles
- Towing or pushing other vehicles
- Transport of illegal goods or substances
- Subletting or re-renting to third parties
- Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Crossing international borders
Before Rental Starts
- Free Cancellation: Cancel anytime before your rental starts at no charge
- No cancellation fees apply since no prepayment is required
Early Termination
No Refund Policy
If the lessee terminates the rental agreement early:
- No refund will be provided for unused rental days
- Full rental amount for the agreed period remains payable
- This applies even if you return the vehicle before the agreed end date
Exception: If we (the lessor) terminate the agreement early due to our inability to provide the vehicle, you will receive a full refund for unused days.
We provide round-the-clock support during your rental period:
- Emergency Contact: +995 555 225-090 / +995 577 299-991
- Breakdown Assistance: If vehicle experiences mechanical failure, call us immediately
- Accident Support: We'll guide you through the process and arrange necessary services
- Replacement Vehicle: Available in case of mechanical breakdown (subject to availability)
In Case of Accident
- Ensure everyone's safety and call emergency services if needed (112)
- Contact Cars-Rent.ge immediately: +995 555 225-090
- Do not leave the accident scene until authorities clear you
- Document the scene with photos if safe to do so
- Obtain other driver's information and police report
- Do not admit fault or sign documents you don't understand
In the event of any disputes arising from this rental agreement:
- Parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Georgian law
- The lessee may choose from available arbitration options

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable Georgian traffic laws and regulations.
Modifications
Cars-Rent.ge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Current terms apply to your rental as of the date you sign the rental agreement.
Agreement Acceptance
By signing the rental agreement and accepting the vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
